I started working with the JKP Group to find my first house during the COVID-19 pandemic. Even with the crazy times and changing rules and market, they JKP Group kept me up to date on how it affected me and how to work around the new process and rules. During COVID, Colorado Springs was the #1 market in the nation for buying houses and I got outbid A LOT on houses. Because of this I had to use a lot of different approaches to get the house that I am in now. From appraisal gaps to escalation clauses; I had to use every trick in the book. Prior to working with the JKP Group I didn’t know what those terms meant, but they JKP Group explained them in a very easy-to-understand way and educated me on other terminology along the way that made me a confident and educated buyer. I would HIGHLY recommend choosing the JKP Group if you are a first time home buyer or even if you have bought a home before. They are very knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. Two thumbs up!!
